  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 6 lasagna noodles
  • 1 tsp light olive oil
  • 6 oz smoked salmon

    Steps for Completion
  1. Start water boiling for lasagna noodles.
  2. In the sauce pan, sauté shallots and garlic in olive oil until before browned. Add heavy cream and sour cream. Bring to a simmer then lower heat and reduce until half.
  3. While sauce is reducing, add pasta noodles to boiling water. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  4. When the sauce and noodles are done, make the lasagna. Layer noodles, then cream sauce, then salmon. The top layer should be noodles with cream sauce on top with no salmon.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
